Fifteen percent of the
available seats at the Goodwin College Early Childhood Magnet School for the
2014-2015 school year are reserved for the children of Goodwin students,
faculty, and staff. Interested families must: 1. Apply to the Regional
School Choice Office (RSCO), the organization that oversees the lottery process
at: www.choiceeducation.org; 2. Complete a separate form through the college to verify
eligibility.

IMPORTANT: In order to complete this form you must first apply for the Goodwin College Early Childhood Magnet School through the Regional School Choice Office (RSCO). This form is not a lottery application. For information on how to apply please visit www.choiceeducation.org.
WHAT THIS FORM IS:
The school offers a preference to Goodwin College Students, Faculty and Staff applying for their children at the Goodwin College Early Childhood Magnet School. 15% of the schools open seats are reserved for members of the Goodwin College Community.
WHAT THIS FORM IS NOT:
Completing this form is not a guarantee that your child will be accepted. However it will greatly increase your child’s chance of acceptance in the lottery.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be a current Student, Faculty or Staff member at Goodwin College. Students who have graduated and former employees are not eligible. Your child must be 3 or 4 years old, entering Kindergarten or entering Grade 1. Important: Most openings will be in the entry grade, Pre K 3 (3 year olds). WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THIS FORM:
1. You must have already completed your child’s lottery application through the Regional School Choice Office.
2. You must have your child’s RSCO Application ID #.
HOW TO SUBMIT:
There are two ways to submit your completed forms:
1. Return the form to the Goodwin College front desk at: 211 Riverside Drive.
Or
2. Return to Alex Henschel at: 133 Riverside Drive.
